On June 10th, 2026 CANEX announced the successfully acquisition of 100% of Gold Basin Resources Corporation (TSX.V:GXX). Gold Basin is now a private company and remains a 100% owned subsidiary of CANEX. The successful assimilation of Gold Basin into CANEX has consolidated a large oxide gold district in Northern Arizona resulting in an advanced exploration project containing multiple drill defined gold deposits along with multiple untested targets along mineralized trends exceeding 8 kilometres in length.
