Ownership in Gold Basin Resources

On February 10, 2026 CANEX announced it successfully acquired a 54% and controlling interest in Gold Basin Resources Corporation which owns the 42 km2 Gold Basin Project in Arizona, located directly adjacent to CANEX’s 100% owned Gold Range Project.  The Gold Basin Project contains widespread near surface oxide gold mineralization and had seen several hundred historic and current drill holes. 

The combination of the Gold Range and Gold Basin projects in Arizona opens up exceptional oxide gold potential along multiple large mineralized trends that exceed 8 km in length.  Over 8 mineralized zones are known on the combined district to date, and multiple untested targets have been identified.

Past drilling by CANEX at Gold Range has returned values such as 1.0 g/t gold over 59.5 metres,  2.2 g/t gold over 24.4 metres, and 8.2 g/t gold over 4.6 metres.   

Past drilling on the Gold Basin Project has returned values such as 0.93 g/t gold over 138.7 metres, 1.0 g/t gold over 115.9 metres, and 1.8 g/t gold over 62.5 meters.  The largest known mineralized zone extends over an area at least 1700 metres by 200 metres and has seen over 200 drill holes, highlighting the excellent resource potential in the district.

CANEX is also advancing the Louise Copper-Gold Porphyry deposit in British Columbia. Louise contains a large historic copper-gold resource that has seen very little deep or lateral exploration, offering investors copper and gold discovery upside.  Historic drilling has returned strong intercepts of porphyry style mineralization including 0.41% copper and 0.40 g/t gold over 158 metres.  In May and June 2025 CANEX completed a deep looking induced polarization survey over the Louise deposit and surrounding area and identified 2 new high priority targets that have never been drill tested previously.  The Company is working on permitting to drill test these targets.
