Gold Basin Offer

CANEX has formally commenced an offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gold Basin Resources Corporation in an all share transaction.  The proposed offer would consolidate a highly prospective oxide gold district in Northern Arizona hosting multiple zones of gold mineralization with near term resource potential.

CANEX is focused on a new gold discovery at the Gold Range Project in Arizona where ongoing work has identified a 4 km long bulk-tonnage heap-leach exploration target currently being defined and expanded by drilling.  Initial drill testing of this target has returned values such as 1.6 g/t gold over 35.1 metre, 2.2 g/t gold over 24.4 metres, and 8.2 g/t gold over 4.6 metres.  

CANEX is also advancing the Louise Copper-Gold Porphyry deposit in British Columbia. Louise contains a large historic copper-gold resource that has seen very little deep or lateral exploration, offering investors copper and gold discovery upside.  In May and June 2025 CANEX completed a deep looking induced polarization survey over the Louise deposit and surrounding area and identified 2 new high priority targets that have never been drill tested previously.  The Company is working on drill permitting for Louise.
